TREMBLANTALOUER GUEST SERVICES - Reservation Policy
Length of stay: Minimum stay as indicated for each property on rate chart; except over Christmas / New Year and Spring Break periods which may require a minimum 7-night stay, and Civic holidays when a 3-night minimum stay is required.
Deposit: To secure a reservation 50% of total stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
Payment: Balance of payment due 14 days prior to arrival. For the Christmas Holiday period full payment is due on November 15th. Failure to remit the balance due will cause Renter to forfeit the deposit and the reservation will be cancelled. Rates quoted on unconfirmed reservations are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation: Notice received 32 or more days prior to arrival 25% of total rental fee non-refundable; 31 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.
Rental Agreement: To secure your preferred property and vacation dates a rental contract is issued at the time of booking. .
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at or after 4:00 pm on day of arrival. Check-out at or before 11:00 am on day of departure.
Prestige Collection homes: Early Check-in or Late Check-out privileges are available upon request.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorised security deposit is required for each property rental as a guarantee against possible damage during a stay.
Tax Rate: Taxes applicable to all property rentals: $2.00/ night: lodging tax. 5% GST. 8.5% PST. All taxes are subject to change without notice.
Pets: Specific pet-friendly properties are clearly identified. Details of any accompanying pets must be confirmed at time of booking, a $150.00 fee is required per pet.
No Smoking: Out of respect to all homeowners and guests, smoking is strictly forbidden in all Tremblantalouer vacation rental properties.
Privacy Policy: Tremblantalouer collects certain personal information at the time of booking. This information is required exclusively for the purpose of maintaining contact with the Renter and securing all payments. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be disclosed or sold to any third party. Tremblantalouer reserves the right to maintain this personal information and contact the Renter in the future with information and/or promotions regarding its rental properties.
